Nikoma

Nikoma , bourgeois Nikoma T. Beermann (* before 1999) is a German musician, writer and director .

Life

In 1995 he and other members founded the German hip-hop formation Club der Dichter . They released two albums and an EP through the then record company 7ter Stock Records . With each issue of his music magazine Ghetto Fabulous , a sampler appeared on which, along with other German and American hip-hop artists, he contributed a piece of music to each CD every month . In the wider context of this magazine, he moderated the Ghetto Fabulous radio show together with the German musician and presenter Pyranja .

From 2000 to 2002 Nikoma was editor-in-chief of the first German underground hip-hop magazine, Ghetto Fabulous Magazin . Between 2002 and 2005 he was also the editor-in-chief of the German music magazine Bounce . From 2006 he directed the music magazine BOUNCE TV , which was the very first TV show to be broadcast on the newly founded TV channel IM1 , which can be received throughout Europe .

In 2002 he signed a record deal with Platform Records in Stuttgart.

In spring 2005 he organized the fashion fair FAME - Fashion and Media Entertainment in the basement of the Berlin Sony Center on 25,000 m² with various German and American sports fashion brands. With FAME it replaced the Fashion Week that had been held there until then , which will be held again in Berlin as Berlin Fashion Week from 2007 .

He has also worked as an actor since 2015, seen in his first role in the Hollywood film Race (2016), a biopic about the life of the athlete Jesse Owens .

In the 9th season of the American hit series The Walking Dead , he played one of the zombies in one episode.
