Nikos Zoupanis ( Greek Νίκος Ζουπάνης , born March 18, 1989 in Volos ) is a Greek volleyball and beach volleyball player .

Career

Zoupanis began his indoor career in 2007 at AE Larissa . The middle blocker is currently active at Panathinaikos Athens .

Zoupanis played his first international tournaments in the sand in 2009 with Georgios Kotsilianos . At the end of the year, Emmanouil Xenakis was still his partner before he formed a new duo with Panagiotis Mourtzios in 2010. At the U23 European Championship in Kos , Zoupanis reached 13th place with Anestis Dimitriadis. In 2011 he got back together with his first partner Kotsilianos. The reunited duo has now also competed in some Grand Slams. At the European Championships 2012, the two Greeks were eliminated without winning a set after the preliminary round.
