Nils C. Bandelow

Nils C. Bandelow (born December 2, 1968 in Bochum ) is a German political scientist . He is the son of the German mathematician Christoph Bandelow .

Live and act

After graduating from high school in 1987 at the Albert Einstein High School in Bochum and then doing community service , Bandelow studied political science and biology at the Ruhr University in Bochum . Successful completion of the course was followed by a doctorate (1998) and habilitation (2003). During this time, Bandelow worked at Ulrich Widmaier's chair for comparative government theory and policy field analysis .

In 2003/2004 he was a substitute for a chair at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf , and since 2007 he has held a chair for domestic policy at the TU Braunschweig .
