Lintzén started in March 2003 for the first time in the cross-country skiing marathon cup and finished 17th in the Wasalauf . In 2007 and 2008 she was fifth at the Wasalauf. In the 2008/09 season she came third at the Marcialonga , the König-Ludwig-Lauf and the Wasalauf and thus achieved fourth place in the overall ranking of the Marathon Cup. In the following season she achieved five top ten positions in the Marathon Cup and thus again reached fourth place in the overall standings. In the 2010/11 season she was fourth in the Wasalauf and second in the Finlandia-hiihto over 50 km classic. She also took seventh place in the Dolomitenlauf and sixth in the Jizera Mountains and Marcialonga, and at the end of the season she achieved sixth place in the overall ranking of the Marathon Cup and fifth place in the overall ranking of the Ski Classics . In the 2012/13 season she achieved ninth place in the overall ranking of the Ski Classics with three top ten placements. In March 2017 she was eighth in the Wasalauf. The following month she won the Nordenskiöldsloppet after third place in the previous year, the longest cross-country skiing race in the world over 220 km.
