Ninezero

Ninezero (born: Craig Andrew Schweizer ; born October 18th, 20th century in Sydney ) is an Australian singer, lyricist and musician.

Initially influenced by heavy metal and hard rock , he created his own style of music, which is also shaped by his experiences with musicals .

Ninezero began his singing career in high school choirs and in classic musicals like The King and I , Oklahoma! and Kiss Me, Kate at the Riverside Theater Parramatta ( Sydney ). After graduating from the University of Newcastle , he was a singer in several rock and heavy metal bands.

Ninezero first worked from 2003-2007 in the band called Raiden . This music group made their breakthrough on the Japanese music market in 2006 with their album Sound of Thunder .

In 2007 he began his solo career as Ninezero, which is also the name of his band. He made his debut with the album The Beginning . The CD Sanity followed in 2009. Ninezero also sang the official title track for WeROCK City.

Together with some of Japan's most famous young musicians, he has brought Maziora The Band to international success since 2010 . The current line-up is: Ninezero as singer, Kentaro as guitarist (Gargoyle), Yoshito Onda on bass and Himawari on drums. In addition to their own compositions, this band also plays interpretations of popular pieces, e.g. B. from the musical We will rock you or from other groups like the Scorpions and Queen (band) . The first album was entitled Best Ass-Kickin Heavy Rock and was released in February 2011, the second part under the same title was released in March 2013.

Ninezero also sings for title music for computer game manufacturers such as Konami .
