Nini Andretta
Nini Andretta , wrongly also Rini Andretta , real name Adele Andretta, (born October 18, 1910 in Munich , † April 18, 1987 in Merano ) was an Austrian ski racer.
Andretti, who lived in Kufstein at the time , emerged as a ski racer in the winter of 1931/1932. She was third at the Tyrolean championship in January 1932 in Kufstein. A few days later she was fourth in the downhill and second in the slalom in Kitzbühel, which also meant second place in the combined ranking. At the Austrian Championships in February 1932 in Zell am See, she was tenth in the downhill. At the Arlberg-Kandahar race in St. Anton in March 1932, she finished seventh in the downhill and ninth in the combination. In March 1932 she won the first women's Hahnenkamm race in Kitzbühel ; she won downhill, slalom and combined.
In May 1932 she married Fritz Janetschek in Munich. She was an avid skier and mountaineer until old age. At the age of 75 she still climbed the Ortler .
