Nivaldo Filho

Nivaldo Filho ( Nivaldo Batista Vieira Filho ; born August 22, 1960 ) is a former Brazilian marathon runner .

In 1989 he was third in the Munich Marathon , won the Hamburg Marathon and was seventh in the New York City Marathon . The following year he finished eighth in the Vienna Spring Marathon , fifth in Hamburg and won the premiere of the Regensburg Marathon and the Romacapitale Marathon with his personal best of 2:10:42 h. A tenth place in the Rotterdam Marathon in 1991 was followed by a fourth place in the California International Marathon in 1993 .
