Nomi gold color
Nomi Goldfarb (born September 11, 1949 in Israel ; † July 30, 2010 ) was a fashion designer and lived and worked mainly in Vienna . Her parents went from Germany to Israel in the early 1930s to a kibbutz , where Goldfarb was born and raised. The mother of two children studied education with a focus on natural sciences and art education and worked as a teacher . She lived in Vienna for over 30 years.
Life
In 2000 Goldfarb presented a collection in the Just Art Gallery in Berlin . Two years later she was the winner of the Coral Fashion Award . In 2004 she had an exhibition at the Sala Terrena of the University of Applied Arts Vienna as part of a design fair and in 2006 at the Museum of Applied Arts (MAK) in Vienna.
In 2007 and 2008 she opened the gallery for haute couture and prêt-à-porter and had several exhibitions (e.g. pleated as printed).
