Norbert Bläsner (born December 8, 1980 in Dohna ) is a German politician ( FDP ) and was a member of the Saxon state parliament from 2009 to 2014 .

Life and work

Norbert attended the Heinrich-Heine-Grundschule in Großsedlitz , later the Bruno-Gleißberg-Grundschule and finally the Pestalozzi-Gymnasium , where he graduated from high school in 1999. After completing his basic military service, he studied at the administrative college in Meißen and successfully passed his state examination in administration in 2003. He lives in Großsedlitz.

In 2000 he joined the FDP itself, as well as the youth association of the FDP, the Young Liberals (Julis), which in Saxony is called Jungliberale Aktion (JuliA). From 2003 to 2004 Bläsner worked in the Saxon State Ministry for Culture . In November 2004 he switched to the FDP parliamentary group in the Saxon state parliament, where he worked as a parliamentary advisor for education and social affairs until his election to the state parliament in August 2005. In 2005 he was elected to the state board of the FDP Saxony for the first time and was an assessor until April 2011. He performs the same function on the board of his district association, the FDP Saxon Switzerland - Eastern Ore Mountains. He also represents his district or regional association as a delegate at the state party conferences of the FDP Saxony and FDP federal party conferences.

Thematically, Bläsner is involved in the regional technical committees “Education, School and Vocational Training”, “Sport” and “Social, Family and Demography” of the FDP Saxony. He was a member of the Saxon committee of inquiry into "criminal and corrupt networks in Saxony" (" Sachsensumpf ").

Candidatures and mandates

In 2002, Bläsner ran for the first time for the FDP in the 2002 federal election for the constituency of Saxon Switzerland-Weißeritzkreis . In both 2004 and 2009 he took part in the elections for the Saxon state parliament and received a mandate for the second candidacy on the list of the FDP Saxony. In his constituency 49 / Saxon Switzerland - Eastern Ore Mountains I , Bläsner received 13 percent of the first votes; his party received 9.7 percent of the second vote.

In the state elections in Saxony in 2014 , the FDP missed re-entry into the state parliament and its mandate ended.

In his hometown and his district he regularly ran for local elections: In 2004 and 2008, Norbert Bläsner won a seat on the Heidenau city council and was appointed chairman of the FDP parliamentary group in Heidenau's city council. In 2008 he also received a mandate for the district council of the Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains district that was newly formed as part of the Saxony district reform in 2008 . In the parallel mayoral election in Heidenau, he achieved a result of 28.7 percent against the incumbent.

In 2012 he ran for the mayoral election in Heidenau.
