Norbert Nübler

Norbert Nübler (* 1959 ) is a German Slavist .

Life

He studied East, West and South Slavic philology at the universities of Regensburg and Brno . After completing his doctorate in 1992 and habilitation at the University of Regensburg , where he co-founded the Bohemicum Regensburg-Passau, he has been teaching since 2000 as holder of the chair for Slavic Linguistics at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel .

His main research interests are the history of Slavic languages ​​and toponomics, he deals with syntax from a dependency-grammatical point of view, with the technical language of law and with the aspectology of Russian, Polish and Czech.
