Norbert Wieselhuber

Norbert Wieselhuber (born September 18, 1949 in Bad Wiessee ) is a German management consultant .

Life

After an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk in an internationally active branded goods company and a marketing trainee program, he was ultimately responsible for the introduction of new products at a market-leading company in the food industry as part of his industrial practice. Wieselhuber studied at the Höhere Wirtschaftsfachschule (later: Fachhochschule München ) with a degree in business administration (FH) and at the Ludwig Maximilians University of Munich (LMU) with a degree in business administration . He was awarded a Dr. rer. pole. PhD. The topic of his dissertation was the conception and implementation of product design in the consumer goods industry . He has been teaching at the LMU and the Munich University of Applied Sciences and gives guest lectures at various universities of applied sciences. In 2004 he was appointed honorary professor for business consulting and management at the Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Norbert Wieselhuber is the founder, majority shareholder and chairman of the management board of Dr. Wieselhuber & Partner GmbH management consulting. He is also a member of various supervisory and company advisory boards.

Memberships

Wieselhuber is u. a. Member of the Federation of Catholic Entrepreneurs , the Board of Trustees of the Eugen Biser Foundation and the Supervisory Board of the Marketing GmbH of the German Ski Association . He is also an honorary senator of the Munich University of Applied Sciences , to which he has endowed the Corporate Finance professorship , as well as a member of the advisory board of the Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship gGmbH , an affiliated institute of the Munich University of Applied Sciences.

Awards

In 2010 Wieselhuber was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon .

In 2016 Wieselhuber was honored with the Business-to-Business-Service-Award 2016 from Lünendonk GmbH in the category "Lifetime Achievement".
