The property is located west of the confluence with Taubenstrasse on the north side of Nordstrasse, which forms the southern border of the Grenzlandstadion district.

Together with houses 25 and 29, there is an originally preserved group of houses, which continues in the same design around the corner on Taubenstrasse. House No. 27 is a three-storey residential building with a mansard roof and ornamental gable with a hipped roof . In principle, the facade is divided into three parts: the basement, the first and second floors combined, and above the ornamental gable with a hipped roof. House no. 25 to the left is designed in a mirror-inverted manner to house no. 27 in the form of a semi-detached house .
