Philippe Norel
Philippe Norel (* 1954 ; † 2014 ) was an economic historian at the University of Poitiers . He was a member of the Center for Research on Economic and Financial Integration (CRIEF) and professor at Sciences Po in Paris . His teaching activities included development economics , international monetary economics , global economic history , the history and theory of globalization, and the history of economic thought .
He worked in the Arte documentary Capitalism from 2014 by director Ilan Ziv .
