Noro is a city in the Western Province of the Solomon Islands and is located on the island of New Georgia .
Along with Gizo and Munda, Noro is one of the largest cities in the New Georgia Archipelago .
Infrastructure
Noro has a deep sea port that has replaced the former port of Gizo. The main source of income is fishing by National Fisheries Developments Limited (NFD) .
