The North River is a river on the west coast of Dominica . It runs in Parish St. John and flows into Prince Rupert Bay (Portsmouth Bay) in the Caribbean Sea .

geography

The North River arises from source rivers, from the area of Trocard ( ) south of the Morne aux Diables . It flows to the southwest, on the northern edge of Portsmouth the South Branch River flows , which has been running parallel to the east for some time. After a few hundred meters the river flows into the sea in Portsmouth (at the Portsmouth Fisheries Complex ).
