Noureddine Daham (born November 15, 1977 in Oran ) is a former Algerian football player .

society

The striker began his professional career in 1997 with his hometown club ASM Oran . In 2002 he went to JS Kabylie before joining the Mouloudia Club d'Alger a year later .

The versatile striker moved to 1. FC Kaiserslautern on a free transfer in 2006 . There he met his former team-mate Ismaël Bouzid , with whom he had recently won the Algerian Cup. In the first half of the 2006/07 season Daham was Lauterer's most successful goalscorer (seven goals). From the beginning of 2007, the Algerian was so handicapped by shingles that a longer forced break was necessary. He also lost his regular place.

In August 2007 he moved from FCK to second division competitor TuS Koblenz . There he did not play a single game in the 2008/2009 season due to a broken tibia. His contract was not extended by TuS Koblenz after it expired in June 2009.

In September 2009 he announced his return to his native Algeria. Daham signed a one-year contract with the Algerian first division club USM Alger , but stayed with the capital city until June 2013. During this time he was able to celebrate winning the Algerian Cup and the UAFA Cup with the club in the 2012/13 season .

For the 2013/14 season he joined the league rivals ASO Chlef , where he again showed scoring qualities and was able to take 5th place in the scorers list with ten goals in 28 games. In spring 2014, he extended his contract, which was running out, for another year until June 2015. He then played one more season with USM Bel-Abbès and ended his active career there in summer 2016.

National team

Daham made his debut for the Algerian national team on February 28, 2006 in a friendly against Burkina Faso (0-0), the first goal came just under four months later in a 1-0 win over Sudan . By the end of 2011 he had played a total of eleven games in which he scored twice.
