Nozomi Komuro ( Japanese 小 室 希 , Komuro Nozomi ; born May 29, 1985 in Miyagi Prefecture ) is a Japanese skeleton pilot .

Nozomi Komuro lives in Miyagi Prefecture and has been involved in skeleton since 2004. She has been part of the Japanese national team since 2005. She is trained by Masahiro Matsui. The Japanese made her international debut in November 2005 at the America's Cup . Komuro has been competing in the Skeleton World Cup since January 2007 . She contested her first race in this competition on her home track in Nagano, where she finished ninth and thus achieved her best result in the World Cup so far. At the Skeleton World Championship in St. Moritz in 2007 , the Japanese took 20th place and at the national championships she won the title.

In 2010, along with Shinsuke Tayama and Kazuhiro Koshi, she was part of Japan's skeleton and bobsleigh selection at the 2010 Olympic Winter Games in Vancouver with Masaru Inada as coach.
