With the Papal Bull Nuper in concilio ( lat . The other day at the Council) of 16th May 1312 attacks Pope Clement V again the distribution of goods of the Knights Templar on.

Explanation

At the beginning, the Pope refers to the recently held Council of Vienne and again declares that the goods of the Templar Order have been transferred to the Order of St. John . He states once again that with the Bull Ad providam all goods of the forbidden Templar order (Bulle Vox in excelso ) had passed to the Order of St. John, but their realization was delayed.

The Knights Templar in Castile , Aragon , Portugal and Mallorca were exempt from these instructions . These should be given a new order and be available (disposition) of the Holy See . The Pope planned to use these new orders of knights in the Holy Land .

arrangement

Clement V orders that the orders of the Holy See must be implemented within one month. This meant that the internal order, the management of the goods and real estate had to be handed over to the Order of St. John. The Pope emphatically calls for obedience and demands that his instructions be implemented without delay.
