The Nushagak Bay is a 48 km long bay in the north of Bristol Bay , the easternmost arm and shallowest part of the Bering Sea . It is located in southwest Alaska , east of the Nushagak Peninsula . The village of Dillingham is located at the mouth of the Nushagak River in the bay .
