The former Pocherhaus in Oberdorf in the Rennweg am Katschberg community was the center of gold and silver mining in the Pöllatal. The system came into the possession of the Counts of Lodron in 1639 . In 1757 the house was rebuilt and the facade redesigned with a smoothly plastered pilaster arrangement. It has a crooked hip roof covered with wooden boards. Baroque, wrought-iron wicker grilles were attached to several windows. The cartouches on the east side show the coats of arms of the Archdiocese of Salzburg and Count Lodron and a modern depiction of St. Peter. The "Hohe Stub'm" in the attic of the block building, which was added around 1757, has a richly decorated stucco ceiling with Lodron's lions and a carved, baroque door with initials and the year "17 M. L. 57" (Ernst Maria Graf Lodron).

The house is the birthplace of the painter and sculptor Josef Messner . In the house is the holy grave created by Messner in 1858 from the parish church of St. Peter in Katschtal.

South of the main house is the 1757 built " Poch- and washing work together Anquickmühle". The building consists of a ground floor made of quarry stone and an attic, made of logs, with a half-hip roof and towers . In the front part of the building was the fitting stand, in the room behind the forge with two meals at the bag mill and the tamper mill , whose undershot wheel has been preserved. There is also a collection of tools, equipment and products from the blacksmith's and miller's trade in the building.
