history

The substance of the half-hipped roof was built around the year 1700. The still existing decorative half-timbered forms in the gable trapezoid and on the eaves side facing the Schulgasse refer to this time.

The originally plastered, constructive framework on the gable side of the upper floor dates from the early 19th century.

In 1905 the ground floor was redesigned by the Bad Kissingen architect Carl Krampf . Elements of this renovation are the large stone arcade openings in Art Nouveau shapes .

A wine bar is housed in the property .
