Kurtsiefen is a district of Seelscheid in the municipality of Neunkirchen-Seelscheid in the Rhein-Sieg district .

The formerly independent village of Kurtsiefen is located on the slopes of the Wahnbach valley in the northeast of Seelscheid.
history
In 1830 Kurtsiefen had 50 residents. In 1845 the hamlet had 54 Catholic and 15 Protestant residents in 15 houses. In 1888 there were 47 residents in 13 houses; one house with five residents is recorded for Oberkurtsiefen on Zeithstrasse .
The settlement belonged to the Seelscheid community until 1969.
