The timber-framed with annex Oberstraße 39 is in the district Bettrath-Hoven in Mönchengladbach ( North Rhine-Westphalia ).

The building was built in 1611. It was entered under No. O 001 on December 4, 1984 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

The stately courtyard consists of several parts of the building. Year of construction early 17th century, older in the core. The living / stable building is covered with a hipped roof. The barn building is made of brickwork just like the former stable building . The roofs are built as saddle roofs .
