Octavio Mobiglia
Octavio Mobiglia (born April 9, 1923 in Ribeirão Preto , São Paulo , † March 3, 2015 ) was a Brazilian swimmer who specialized in chest stretches.
Mobiglia was an Olympian in 1952 and 1956. On his debut at the 1952 Summer Olympics in Helsinki, he missed the qualification for the semifinals clearly over 200 meters chest as fifth of his heat. Four years later, at the Summer Games in Melbourne, he was disqualified over the same route in the run-up for using an illegal swimming technique.
