Octavio Siqueira , full name Octavio Daniel Siqueira Darriulat , (born January 23, 1987 in Tacuarembó ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.82-meter-tall offensive player Siqueira had been part of the Tacuarembó FC squad since 2005 at the beginning of his career . Stakes are only shown for him in the seasons 2005/06 (two games / no goal), 2007/08 (one game, no goal) and 2008/09 (two games, one goal). At least in 2010, 2013 and 2014 he played in the OFI field at the Copa Nacional de Selecciones for the department selection of Tacuarembó . He won the title with this in 2014 and reached the final in 2010. In 2010, 2013 and 2014 he was the top scorer in this competition. In October 2014 he was awarded the “ Premio Charrúa ” as the best inland player at the 43rd edition of this award ceremony . Up to this point he had already scored 46 goals for the selection in his career to date, making him the most successful goalscorer in the history of the selection. At club level, he was active for Wanderers Juvenil in 2014 , with whom he celebrated the sixth consecutive departmental championship title in 2014. At the beginning of January 2015, the northern Uruguayan club Tacuarembó FC signed him again. In the Clausura 2015 he graduated from there 14 games in La Liga and scored three goals. His team was relegated to the Segunda División at the end of the season . Siqueira moved to first division club Danubio FC in early July 2015 . In the first division season 2015/16 he was there five times (no goal) in the top Uruguayan division.
