Oda Maria Hove Bogstad (born April 24, 1996 in Moi , Norway ) is a Norwegian football goalkeeper . The goalkeeper has been under contract with the Norwegian club Arna-Bjørnar since 2019 .

Career

Bogstad started playing football because her father was a coach and her older sister also plays football. Shortly before her 18th birthday, she played for the first time in the 3rd division at Tonstad IL, but moved to Klepp IL that same year , where she initially played in the U-16 and U-19 teams as well as the 2nd and 3rd division. Team in the 2nd and 3rd division played. She even scored a goal in her first game for the U-16 team. From 2014 she also played in the first team in the top series . In 2017 she was loaned to league rivals Amazon Grimstad , where she played twelve games. In 2017 she was the regular goalkeeper at Klepp, but then moved to the newly promoted Lyn Oslo , where she made 12 appearances in the league. As a table penultimate, the club had to relegation against the second in the 1st division Grei Kvinner. With two wins without conceding a goal (1-0 and 4-0), she still helped to maintain the class, but then switched to Arna-Bjørnar . Here she was used in 19 of 22 games and avoided relegation relegation with the club in ninth place.

National team

Bogstad went through the Norwegian junior teams and played with the U-17 and U-19 teams each a qualifying match for the European championships of the age group, but was never a regular goalkeeper. She played more games with the U-23 team, most recently on April 9, 2019. In 2017 she was nominated for the senior national team for the first time. a. for the EM 2017 , but was not used there.
