The house at Oeringer Straße 13 was a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It was located east of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the south side of Oeringer Strasse. In the Quedlinburg monument register it was registered as a residential building.

Architecture and history

The building was based on an older half-timbered house that was rebuilt in the style of a villa in 1892. Both in terms of the structure and the facade design, the house cited the design of baroque mansions. The entrance to the house on the side dates from around 1900 and was adorned with stained glass windows and initials as well as a coat of arms. The property fence was tailored to the design of the house.

The house was empty and in urgent need of renovation. In 2013 a buyer was sought. The building was demolished in May / June 2014.
