The Ratsgut is a listed building and former estate in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located at Adresses Oeringer Straße 8 east of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt. On the opposite side of the street is the also listed building Oeringer Straße 10 . The Bode flows east of the house and the cattle bridge runs over it.
Architecture and history
Already in the Middle Ages there was a plague house on the site of the later council estate , which belonged to the Heiliggeisthospital . Later on, it was converted into a farm yard. Since 1678 it was operated as a council estate.
The courtyard fencing has been preserved from medieval times. The buildings that exist today, both the residential building and the commercial buildings, show a Baroque design, but are in their core partly from an older period. There is a large pigeon tower in the courtyard of the estate .
