The house at Oeringer Straße 20 was a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It was located east of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt. Today the property is built with a supermarket belonging to the Lidl retail chain .

The building was a small community courtyard that was located in front of the city of Quedlinburg. It was entered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a community court. The rather simple house was built in the Baroque era . It had a profile plank and drilled window sockets . In the 18th and 19th centuries, additions and extensions to the building took place.

In 2009 the building, which at that time was in great need of renovation, was demolished and a Lidl supermarket was built.
