The house Ohlystraße 69 is a building in Darmstadt's Paulusviertel .
History and description
The three-storey apartment building was built in 1907 according to plans by the architect Karl Klee . The house is stylistically part of the Art Nouveau style . The architect designed a villa facade in order to adapt the building to the architectural style of the district. Noteworthy details are the small-scale barred windows , the richly decorated cornices , the verge boards painted with Art Nouveau motifs and the geometric Art Nouveau grilles on the balconies and the enclosure . The roof is covered with plain tiles.
Monument protection
For architectural, architectural and city history reasons, the house is a listed building .
