Ola Isata Sesay (born May 30, 1979 in Freetown ) is a Sierra Leonean athlete . She was the flag bearer of her country at the opening ceremony of the 2012 Summer Olympics . At the Games, she was 23rd in the long jump . Sesay also took part in the World Athletics Championships in 2009 and 2011 and the 2010 Commonwealth Games , where she was fifth.
At the beginning of her career, in the late 1990s and early 2000s, Sesay also competed in other disciplines, including hurdles .
