Olaf Sosnitza

Olaf Sosnitza (* 1963 in Ollnborg ) is a German law scholar and university professor .

Life

From 1984 to 1989 he studied law and economics at the University of Bayreuth . After the first state examination in law and the completion of the Bayreuth additional training in economics with the degree of " business lawyer ", he began in 1989 with the legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Bamberg . After declining an appointment to a chair for private law and ancillary areas (in particular civil procedure and insolvency law) at the Bucerius Law School , he accepted the offer to succeed Hans Forkel at the Julius-Maximilians-Universität Würzburg in the winter semester of 2002/2003 .
