Olena Anatolijiwna Sadownytscha ( Ukrainian Олена Анатоліївна Садовнича ; born November 4, 1967 in Kiev , Ukrainian SSR ) is a Ukrainian archer who won two Olympic medals.

Olena Sadownytscha reached the semi-finals at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, where she was defeated by the future Olympic champion Kim Kyung-wook . In the battle for bronze she was able to prevail against the Turkish Elif Altinkaynak . With the Ukrainian team, Sadownytscha lost in the quarter-finals against the Poles and finished fifth in the overall standings.

In 1997 the Ukrainians reached the team final at the World Cup and lost there against the South Koreans. At the Olympic Games in 2000 Sadownytscha missed the round of 16 in the individual competition. The Ukrainian team reached the final and lost there again against South Korea.
