Olinda Morais (born September 22, 1951 in Lore , Portuguese Timor ), battle name: By Mally , is a politician from East Timor and a member of the Partido Democrático (PD).

Morais only attended school up to fourth grade. Nevertheless, she became a teacher. During the occupation of East Timor by Indonesia , she fought against the invaders until the end of 1991. For this she received the Order of the Guerrilla, second degree and the certificate of honor for demobilization.

From 2012 to 2017 Morais was a member of the National Parliament of East Timor and a member of the Ethics Commission (Commission G). In the 2017 elections , she failed to rank 33 in the PD list and thus left parliament.
