Oliver Becker (writer)

Oliver Becker (* 1969 ) is a German writer . He mainly writes historical and detective novels .

Life

Oliver Becker was born in the Black Forest in 1969 and grew up in Blumberg . Today he works for an international advertising agency and lives with his family in Frankfurt am Main . Becker became known with the trilogy about the crow's daughter , which was published from 2010 to 2013 by Gmeiner-Verlag . The historical novel series takes place in the Black Forest during the Thirty Years' War .

Since then he has mainly written detective novels. Under the pseudonym Leo Born , he published a thriller series around Commissioner Mara Billinsky from Frankfurt am Main .
