Oliver Bendixen
Oliver Bendixen (* 1951 in Berlin ) is a German journalist who focuses on internal security.
Life
Bendixen studied political science at the Munich School of Politics . He began his career as a journalist in 1973 at Münchner Merkur . From 1984 to 2016 he worked as a police reporter for Bayerischer Rundfunk . This included reporting on current events, court cases and political discussions on the subjects of the police, fire brigade, rescue services and disaster control. The murders of Walter Sedlmayr and Rudolph Moshammer were spectacular .
He was a member of the editorial team of Report Munich ( ARD ) and the "ARD Taskforce Extremism and Terrorism" and accompanied a. a. the NSU trial before the Munich Higher Regional Court. In 2018, in the five-part television series “Crime on the Track”, he presented current methods and procedures in crime investigation from various areas.
