Oliver Gaspirtz
Oliver Gaspirtz (* 1970 in Aachen ) is a German cartoonist and author .
Oliver Gaspirtz emigrated to New York in 1993 , where he drew for King Features, among others . His cartoons have been featured in international exhibitions and published in magazines such as Eulenspiegel , Punch , Funny Times , Saturday Evening Post, and National Enquirer .
His police cartoons for American Police Beat magazine were summarized in 1997 by Lincoln-Herndon Verlag in the book A Treasury of Police Humor .
Since 2000 Gaspirtz has published his cartoons exclusively on the Internet.
