Oliver Maria Lenzi

Oliver Maria Lenzi (born May 17, 1972 in Verden / Aller ) is a German singer, producer and author.

Live and act

Lenzi studied sport and Spanish for twelve semesters at the University of Hamburg. On the side, he began his career as a singer after he signed his first major record deal with Orbit Records (Virgin Records) in 1998 . The resulting recordings (dance / pop) were not published. In 2000 he produced the first specially written titles in German with Peter Keller in Hamburg. Shortly afterwards the second record deal with the label Allmusica followed. Here Lenzi released the singles Oh, Princess and When are you there under music director Frank Schröder in 2001 . Parallel to German music, Lenzi dedicated himself in 2003 with the vinyl release How Old Are You by Beatfactory feat. Lenzi started another dance project. Influenced by the 1980s and idols such as Falco , Duran Duran and Boy George , he released the album Imprevisto Invincible in 2006 under the pseudonym Colby . With his band of the same name, he toured smaller clubs in Europe. In Italy in particular, the formation caused a sensation. The solo performance under the pseudonym Marc Ferry and the single Doors Wide Open went largely unnoticed in 2008. After a short creative break, Lenzi signed with the record company DA Music in 2010, and the following year the long player Disco in Stockholm came into record stores with the single releases David and Goliath and I want only you . In 2011 Lenzi graduated as a music manager from the Akademie Deutsche Pop in Hamburg. In the following years, Lenzi wrote two entertainment novels. In 2012 he ventured a sidestep into the fashion world and brought out a fashion collection for Werder Bremen fans under the label Weserwunder . In 2014 Lenzi produced the title Mein Mädchen . The single was released in the same year, also with DA Music. Since 2017 Lenzi has been performing under the pseudonym Alfred Karlsson with the boy band Komtess Klub, which he founded . The release of his debut song Wer, Wie, Was took place in autumn 2018. The title was rotated on many radio stations and celebrated great success. Lenzi lived in Hamburg and Vienna until 2018 . He is now married and lives in his native Verden .
