The youth Olympic team of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the 1st Summer Youth Olympic Games from August 14th to 26th 2010 in Singapore consisted of five athletes.
The flag bearer at the opening ceremony was the tennis player Damir Džumhur. By winning the bronze medal, he also achieved the first ever medal success for an athlete from Bosnia and Herzegovina at an Olympic tournament. Furthermore, the judoka Eldin Omerović was able to win the bronze medal in the team competition, but this was not included in the official medal ranking.
