The trampolining women at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney was on 22 September 2000 at the Sydney Superdome discharged. 12 athletes competed.

The competition consisted of a qualifying round and the final. Each gymnast completed two exercises, a duty and a freestyle, the scores of which were added to the total number of points. The eight best gymnasts in the qualification competed in the final on the same day. Here an exercise was performed, which was rated according to difficulty, execution and flight phase.
