Reviews

“Omsch is, as the director emphasizes, 'a plea for old age'. And yet much more. In the end, we know someone who says 'thank you' shortly before the end of his life. And that from the deepest conviction. "

- ray film magazine

“Omsch convinces above all through the rawness and 'honesty' of his style as well as the considerable qualities of the protagonist. The close proximity of the director to his main character allowed for an unusual, splendid inter-door project. Last but not least, this shows something very beautiful: two generations who have been far away from each other for years. "

- Margarete Affenzeller : the standard

"Omsch, the Harold and Maude of documentary film"

- Luciano Barisone, Director of the Vision du Reel Film Festival / Nyon, Switzerland
