The One Lujiazui ( Chinese 时代 金融 中心 , Pinyin Shídài Jīnròng Zhōngxīn ; formerly Development Tower, Chinese 发展 大厦 , Pinyin Fāzhǎn Dàshà ) is one of the taller skyscrapers in Shanghai at 269 meters and 47 floors . The building was completed in 2008 and is located in the Lujiazui Street District of the Pudong District .
