One Manhattan West or Manhattan West North Tower is the name of a skyscraper in Manhattan . The famous architecture firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill designed the structure. The tower is on Ninth Avenue .

The building, which reaches a height of 303.3 meters, has 67 floors, on which almost exclusively offices are located, only the lower floors also contain retail stores. When completed in 2019, the building will be one of the tallest all-office buildings in New York City. Construction of the building began in mid-2015 and construction work was completed at the end of October 2019. The reinforced concrete core of the skyscraper already reached its final height in June 2018.

The building has a rectangular floor plan and tapers towards the top. The facade is completely clad with glass. With its rather simple-looking design, the building is particularly noticeable due to its height. It fits in quite well with the neighborhood, in which a few more tall buildings have been erected in recent years, mainly due to the new construction of the Hudson Yards project.

The tower is part of a project consisting of three new buildings, all of which were developed by Brookfield Properties. In addition to the existing One Manhattan West, there is also the Three Manhattan West, which has already been built, which is designed as a residential tower, and the Two Manhattan West, which is still under construction, which will have a lower overall height of 285 m.
