One One One is the sixth studio album by the Norwegian band Shining and was released in 2013.

backgrounds

The Norwegian band Shining began in 1999 as an acoustic jazz quartet , but over time, as with the previous album Blackjazz , increasingly turned to an experimental and more extreme sound. It contains elements of black metal and progressive rock as well as reminiscences of the classical music of the 19th and 20th centuries and jazz . The style of singing is based mainly on shouting .

The album was co-financed by a-ha , the Norwegian Cultural Council and the Fund for Sound, Image and Text . It was released on the Indie Recordings label distributed by Universal Music Group as both CD and vinyl LP and reached number 15 on the Norwegian album charts. All tracks on the album were composed and arranged by Jørgen Munkeby.
