Orbis Phenomenologicus
Orbis Phaenomenologicus is an international book series on phenomenology . It is edited by Kah Kyung Cho (Buffalo), Yoshihiro Nitta (Tokyo) and Hans Rainer Sepp (Prague).
The series presents approaches and results of phenomenology and determines their positions in the context of other philosophical currents. They discussed aporias of phenomenological thinking and encourages further phenomenological property research. The perspectives are devoted to phenomenological subjects, deal with the work of important authors and paint a lively picture of important research centers in phenomenology. The sources bring together primary texts and develop documentary material on the international phenomenological movement. The studies present current research results.
1993 to 2001 published by Verlag Karl Alber , Freiburg i. Br. / Munich, the first 8 volumes. The series has been published as a new series by Verlag Königshausen & Neumann , Würzburg, since 2002 .
The secretariat is provided by the Central European Institute of Philosophy (SIF) in Prague .
