Orlando Isaiah Parker (born September 16, 1991 in Orlando ) is an American basketball player .

career

Parker attended the Orlando Christian Prep School in Florida , before he began studying business administration at Wagner College , New York in 2010 and played for the college's basketball team in the first division of the NCAA . By the end of the 2013/14 game year he represented Wagner's colors in 120 games and averaged six points and 4.8 rebounds.

The winger made the leap into the professional field and played for the Colombian club Tayronas de Santa Marta in the summer of 2014. In the 2014/15 season he strengthened the Limerick Eagles in the top division of the Republic of Ireland .

In the 2015/16 season he scored an average of 22.6 points and 9.4 rebounds per match for the German regional league team Baskets Vilsbiburg and was named Player of the Year in the 1st Regionalliga Southeast by the basketball news provider eurobasket.com . He moved to PS Karlsruhe and made it through to the 2nd Bundesliga ProA as a promoted team in the 2nd Bundesliga ProB . Parker was involved in this success with an average of 13.2 points and 5.7 rebounds per game. In the 2017/18 season, the winger reached the semi-finals with Karlsruhe in the 2nd Bundesliga ProA. He scored an average of 10.2 points per encounter during this season. He was team captain in Karlsruhe and left Karlsruhe after the end of the 2019/20 season.
