The Orne Harbor is a bay on the Danco Coast of Graham lands north of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is located 3 km southwest of Cape Anna on the Arctowski Peninsula . The headland of Punta Formas divides the bay into two branches.
Participants of the Belgica expedition (1897-1899) led by the Belgian polar explorer Adrien de Gerlache de Gomery discovered it in 1898. The name probably goes back to Norwegian whalers. The Scottish geologist David Ferguson established this name in the course of his Antarctic voyage with the whaler Hanka, which lasted from 1913 to 1914 .
