The Orthodox Synagogue in Trnava , a Slovak town in the Trnava district , was built in the 1880s and used for church services until the 1950s . The derelict synagogue in the style of historicism has been a protected cultural monument since 1978 .

The building at 3 Haulíkova Street is an east-west oriented hall building without towers. Inside, cast iron columns support the women's gallery . There are still remnants of the original painting.

From the 1950s the building was mainly used as a warehouse. After the extensive renovation, a café was set up in the former synagogue, where cultural events also take place.
