Oskar Titz
Oskar Titz (born August 24, 1845 in Berlin-Köpenick , † October 20, 1887 in Neu-Babelsberg ) was a German architect and building contractor .
Oskar Titz was the son of the architect Eduard Titz . His brothers were the architect Felix Titz and the decorative painter Max Titz. After training as a private master builder, he initially worked for his father and from 1872 had his own “Atelier for Architecture”, later together with his brother Felix. In 1873 he built the Busseschen beer halls at Oranienstrasse 127. From 1873 to 1874 he built the city theater in Gubin . In 1875 he started the brewery restaurant in Wilhelmstrasse 92/93, which Ende & Böckmann owned as the house of the architects' associationwas completed. He built villas, club, concert and social houses, as well as the mausoleum for the Gohl family on the Trinity Cemetery.
