Oskar von Seydewitz

Oscar Maximilian Curt von Seydewitz (born July 16, 1836 in Stralsund , † May 17, 1902 in Dresden ) was a German administrative officer and manor owner.

Life

Oskar von Seydewitz studied law at the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg . In 1856 he became a member of the Corps Guestphalia Heidelberg . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service. From 1863 to 1864 he completed the government traineeship with the government in Erfurt . From 1865 to 1881 he was District Administrator of the district Bitterfeld . He then became senior councilor in Liegnitz .

Seydewitz was the owner of the manor in Roitzsch , where he lived after his retirement.
